高中健康與護理課程避孕主題不同教學方法之成效探討 Senior High School students on Contraceptive, Knowledge, Attitude, Self-efficacy, and Intenation |

| 本研究之主要目的在探討高中一年級女生避孕教學設計中,同儕避孕教學設計介入對避孕知識、避孕態度、避孕自我效能、避孕行為意向的成效探討,採用準實驗研究法的「不等組前後測設計」,以立意取樣方式選擇中部兩所私立高中一年級女生各二個班級為實驗組及對照組,合計141人參與研究,其中實驗組64人,對照組77人。研究工具包括個人基本資料、避孕知識、避孕態度、避孕自我效能及避孕行為意向等五個部分,問卷信度以庫李信度和內在一致信度測試。資料以次數分配、平均值、標準差、獨立樣本 t 檢定,卡方檢定、配對 t 檢定及共變數分析等統計方法進行分析。 研究重要結果如下: 一、實驗組之避孕知識量表的得分指數由前測56.77分增加到後測的84.85分,實驗組得分指數進步28.08分,而對照組只進步17.53分,二組教學介入前後測得分均達統計上顯著差異。而實驗組之避孕態度量表的得分指數由前測82.58分增加到後測的87.77分,實驗組得分指數進步4.53分,而對照組只進步1.10分,實驗組教學介入前後測達統計上顯著差異,而對照組未達到統計上的差異。實驗組之避孕自我效能量表的得分指數由前測69.53分增加到後測的72.66分,實驗組得分指數進步3.13分,而對照組進步3.03分,二組教學介入前後測得分均達統計上顯著差異。實驗組之避孕行為意向量表的得分指數由前測79.88分增加到後測的85.33分,實驗組得分指數進步5.45分,而對照組只進步2.50分,實驗組教學介入前後測得分達統計上顯著差異,而對照組未達到統計上的差異。 二、以兩組前測為共變項進行共變數分析之後,實驗組後測之「避孕知識」、「避孕態度」、「避孕行為意向」分數顯著高於對照組後測之「避孕知識」、「避孕態度」、「避孕行為意向」分數,而實驗組後測之「避孕自我效能」分數與對照組後測之「避孕自我效能」分數則無顯著差異。 綜合以上,以同儕避孕教學介入,對於高中一年級女生在避孕知識、避孕態度、避孕自我效能、避孕行為意向的得分皆可提升,而其中避孕知識、避孕態度、避孕行為意向的得分顯著高於一般避孕教學設計,因此本研究所採用之同儕避孕教學設計值得推廣於高中之健康與護理課程。 |

he purpose of this study is to explore the design of contraceptive education for female students of the first in senior high school. It also examines how the intervention of peer contraceptive education affects contraceptive knowledge, contraceptive attitude, contraceptive self-efficacy and contraceptive behavior intention. For the study, the preliminary research method adopted was the “Unequal Group Pre-Test/Post-Test Design”. A purposive sampling method was used to select two private high schools in central Taiwan, with two classes of first year female students each for experimental and control groups. A total of 141 subjects were involved in the study, with 64 in the experimental group and 77 in the control group. The research tools include Basic Personal Information, Contraceptive Knowledge, Contraceptive Attitude, Contraceptive Self-Efficacy and Contraceptive Behavior Intention. The questionnaire’s reliability was tested with Kuder-Richardson reliability and internal reliability. The data was analyzed using statistical methods such as frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, t-test, chi-square tests, paired t-test and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). |
