國小學童家長親職性教育方案實施成效之研究

本研究旨在發展一套適用於國小學童家長親職性教育方案，並探討此方案實施後，對國小四年級家長性知識、性教育態度、性教育溝通行為、性教育自我效能等成效的影響及探討家長對此教學方案的評價。本研究以新竹市某三所國小四年級46位家長為研究對象，採用準實驗設計之「實驗組控制組前後測設計」進行教學實驗研究。實驗處理為針對實驗組17名國小四年級學童之家長進行每週一次，為期六週之「親職性教育方案」，控制組在這段時間內暫不接受任何方案。在方案實施前，研究對象同時接受前測，後測則在方案實施一週後進行。所得資料以卡方檢定、單因子共變量分析、詹森內曼檢定等進行分析，得到重要結果如下：
一、親職性教育方案實施後，家長之「性知識」的後測得分在排除前測的影響後，實驗組的得分優於控制組。
二、親職性教育方案實施後，家長之「性教育態度」的後測得分在前測成績53.89以下者，其後測得分顯著高於控制組之研究對象，而且愈低分者差異愈大。
三、親職性教育方案實施後，家長之「性教育溝通行為」的後測得分在排除前測的影響後，實驗組與控制組的得分未達到顯著上的差異。
四、親職性教育方案實施後，家長之「性教育自我效能」的後測得分在前測得分61.40分以下，其後測得分顯著高於控制組之研究對象，而且愈低分者差異愈大。
五、對此方案的整體性評價，如課程組織、教導者本身、課程內容方面均持高度肯定。

[ Abstract ]
The research aims to develop a parent sexual education program which could adequately apply in elementary school parents, and to discuss the influence on sexual knowledge, attitude toward sexual education, communicating behavior about sexual education, self-efficacy about sexual education in elementary 4th grade parents and their evaluation toward the teaching program. This study chose 46 parents distributed in 3 different primary 4th grade schools at Hsin-Chu as participants, and a non-equivalent experiment design “experimental control group pre- & post-measurement” was used to proceed teaching experimental research. Experimental group is composed of 17 elementary 4th grade parents to initiate once a week, total 6 weeks duration of “parent sexual education project” , whereas the control group keeps out of involvement. Before starting the intervention, pre-measurements were performed to all research participants, and post-measurements were completed one week later after the teaching course. Collecting data were analyzed with Chi-Square test, one-way ANCOVA and Johnson-Neyman test, and the major findings were as followings:
1.Experimental group was superior to control group in post-measurement of parents’ sexual knowledge after parent sexual education program performing, excluding the effect of pre-measurement.
2.After the intervention program, the post-measurement scores in the attitude toward sexual education got much higher than that in control group, especially in those who parents’ pre-measurement score was less than 53.89 and the fewer scores gained in pre-measurement the more effective.
3.The communicating behavior about sexual education showed no statistical difference after the intervention, excluding the effect of pre-measurement.
4.The post-measurement score in self-efficacy about sexual education evaluation appeared marked higher than control group in those who pre-measurement score was less than 61.40, and the fewer scores gained in pre-measurement the more effective.
5.The overall assessment toward this study is high, including program arrangement, instructor and the program content.
