| 本研究之目的在於評估國內大學院校護理系教師的教學知能以及了解其對於教學知能之需求為何。藉由文獻查證設計「大學院校護理系教師教學知能評估與需求調查問卷」，收集資料。研究中先取得校方或是護理系的同意後寄發問卷，總共發出353份問卷，回收有效問卷227份（有效問卷回收率64.30％）。使用SPSS12.0版分析回收資料，資料分析方法包括描述性統計以及卡方考驗。研究結果發現教學年資越久，越能確定教學目標；助理教授以上的護理系教師表示較具「具有教育理論的知識」等十四項教學知能；任教不同科目的教師中，以任教護理行政學、精神科護理學和社區衛生護理學之教師表示較具有教學知能；任教人類發展學、內外科護理學以及身體檢查與評估之教師表示較不具有教學知能。在對於教學知能的需求方面，經由交叉分析結果發現，教學年資越久，對於「23.具有行政能力」等三項教學知能之需求越低；教師職級越高，對於「具有班級經營的知識」等八項教學知能之需求越低；而任教科目為身體檢查與評估、兒科護理學、內外科護理學以及人類發展學的教師，對於教學知能有較高的需求。最後針對研究結果提出建議：學校及主管教育單位對於講師級以及資淺之護理系教師可以開設促進教學專業之在職進修課程以增進其教學知能；護理相關學會也可針對各科教師對於教學知能之需求舉辦相關之研討會，以促進護理教師之教學品質及教學效能。 | ||

This study aimed at assessing and understanding the need in diversified elements of teaching competence. The questionnaire design was based on literature review, and it was utilized after reliability and validity tested. In this survey, 353 questionnaires were sent out, and among them, 227 were valid, which is 64.30%. The data was analyzed using the methods of descriptive statistics and chi-square test. The study found that teaching competence varied by the seniorities of teaching, the title of positions and the subjects of teaching. The study showed that the more senior the teachers, the more certain they are to the achievement of education. It evaluated thirty elements of teaching competence. Depending on the teachers’ positions, different elements are emphasized for nurse educators. Based on the findings above, this analysis suggests that design in-service education program about general teaching knowledge and skills in order to improve nurse educators’ teaching competence. |
