護理大學生資訊素養能力之自評及其相關影響因素之研究

本研究旨在嘹解護理大學生資訊素養能力現況與影響因素。採橫斷式調查法，利用自擬「護理大學生資訊素養能力評估」問卷，其內在一致性Cronbach’sα為0.90，專家內容效度檢定CVI職位0.87;調查北部三所護理系大學部畢業班學生，回收有效問卷808份(有效回收率95.5%)。將回收資料以SPSS12.0進型資料分析，採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t-考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)、相關(spearman correlation)等方法進行推論性統計分析。

    研究發現護理大學生資訊素養為3.1分(最高為4分)，能力已達中等程度以上(3.1/4);且一般大學生資訊素養高於二技進修部;曾接受老師安排或自行利用網站學習圖書資料檢索及修習「電腦」、「學術寫作」等課程，資訊素養則較高;而學生每天上網的時間、全民英檢成績、班上成績排名、利用圖書館的頻率、曾接受圖書管利用的教育活動及教師對學生之課業要求(如:查閱或整理圖書期刊資料、運用簡報作口頭報告)等因素與學生之資訊素養呈正相關。依據本研究結果，建議護理教師於課程中應安排圖書檢索資訊的學習活動、加強對英文如MEDLINE與CINAHL等資料庫的介紹、於課業中要求查閱或整理圖書期刊資源、以簡報的方式做口頭報告及鼓勵同學參與利用圖書館舉辦的教育訓練活動，以提升學生資訊素養能力。

The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to investigate the information literacy competencies And its related influencing factor among baccalaureate nursing students. The research instrument used in the study was “The Questionnaire of Nursing Students’ Self-evaluated Information Literacy Competency”(Cronbsch’sα0.90).The 808 subjects were senior baccalaureate nursing students from three nursing schools located in northern Taiwan. The effective response rate was 95.9%. Date was analyzed by SPSS12 software with descriptive analysis, t test, one way ANOVA and spearman correlation analysis.

     The findings showed the mean information literacy competency among the subjects was 3.1(4 point Likert Scale). Also, the baccalaureate nursing students had higher information literacy competencies than two-year nursing college students. Additionally, the information literacy competencies were significantly positive associated with hours of surfing internet per day, performance in General English Proficiency Test, the academic achievement rank of the class, the frequency of using library, the participation of the educational activity sponsored by libraries, and the learning requirement of the educators. To promote nursing students’ information literary competency ,the following learning activity sponsored by libraries, and the learning requirement of the educational activity sponsored by libraries, and the learning requirement of the educators. To promote nursing students’ information literacy competency, the following learning activities are recommended in the nursing curriculum: journal searching, introduction to MEDLINE or CINAHL, searching and organizing books and reference materials, and oral  presentation with PowerPoint.
