護理人員使用傳染病數位學習網之學習滿意度研究

| 醫護人員有責任與義務隨時汲取專業新知，護理人員在傳染病防治與感染控制知能的繼續教育更顯重要。為瞭解護理人員使用傳染病數位學習網的學習滿意度，以提供醫護相關專業團體於建置數位學習平台之依據。因此，本研究旨在探討護理人員使用傳染病數位學習網滿意度之現況及其相關影響因素。本研究為一描述性、相關性研究(descriptive correlational study design)，以橫斷式調查(cross-sectional survey)方式，研究對象採立意取樣，利用結構式問卷進行資料的收集。共計發出402份問卷，有效問卷363份，回收率90.2％。問卷資料以SPSS 17.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體進行描述性分析(次數、百分比、平均值、標準差)、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費法(Scheffe)事後多重比較、皮爾森相關及多元同時迴歸進行推論性統計分析。本研究結果顯示：(一)護理人員對傳染病數位學習網的滿意度排序得分的前三個變項依序為傳染病數位學習網提供的資訊與工作有關、傳染病數位學習網能提供許多有用的資訊及在需要的時候提供正確的資訊。(二)影響傳染病數位學習網滿意度之因素包括服務單位、教育程度、醫院層級、自主線上學習、傳染病數位學習網來源等有不同程度的差異。(三)多元同時迴歸結果個人背景、自主線上學習、傳染病數位學習網來源、電腦態度等四部份變項之預測因素，共可解釋51.8%的總變異量。建議傳染病數位學習網能改善其「系統使用性」，以符合護理人員使用上的需求；未來研究可探討傳染病數位學習網對護理人員之學習成效，以求達到感控教育之目標。 | ||

| This study aimed to evaluate the current status of satisfaction among nurses who had been using the digital learning network and also factors that influence the satisfaction. This was a descriptive and correlational study design using cross-sectional survey. Our study was through the sampling. We had sent 402 questionnaires, and received 363 effective responses. The return rate is about 90.2 %.Continuous data were presented as frequency and mean+/-SD, while categorical data were presented as a number (percentage).Analysis of the independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Schaffer’s Post hoc multiple comparisons, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple simultaneous regression analysis. All statistical assessments were two-sided and considered significant if p<0.05. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 17.0 statistics software. The results showed: (a) the satisfaction score for nurses using this learning network the highest 3 ranking score in the variables were "information provided by infectious disease-learning network is related to my job", " Taiwan CDC e-Learning Website can provide me a lot of useful information." and "Taiwan CDC e-Learning Website can provide me the right information when needed.”(b) Factors associated with satisfaction in using the infectious disease-learning network were influenced by individual background: the service unit, educational level, hospital-level, self online learning, source of knowing the digital learning network are different degrees of difference. (c) The regression model had found that personal background, self online learning, source of knowing the digital learning network and computer attitude variables were important predictors and accounted for 51.8% of the variance. We proposed the Taiwan CDC e-Learning Website can further improve the systems in order to better meet the needs of nurses’ use. Future studies could further explore the effectiveness of their learning Taiwan CDC e-Learning Website, in order to achieve the goal of infection control education | ||
