| 護理新鮮人常因訓練期的學習影響其工作與留任意願，造成高居不下的離職率，是一般護理人員的2.9倍。然而新進護理人員初入臨床職場之學習與生活經驗卻很少被探討，本研究目的在了解護理新鮮人進入臨床護理職場最初六個月的主觀學習歷程與其生活經驗。 本研究是採用之工具為訪談指引，訪談的對象是新進工作職場的六個月到十一個月的護理新鮮人，回顧甫進入職場最初六個月的學習經驗。研究以內容分析法就逐字稿進行資料分析，分析結果共分四個類屬，（一）為新手上路的衝擊、（二）因應的策略、（三）成長的足跡與（四）非常態的生活。本研究結果能提供護理養成教育與臨床護理新進人員在職教育的參考。 | ||

| Nursing freshmen often because train of learning influence its work with continue in office will, Cause to rank high quit rate,It is 2.9 times that of general nursing personnel. However the new nursing personnel is early into learning and life experience of clinical job field but hardly be inquired into, This research purpose is understanding that the nursing freshmen gets into a clinical nursing Job field first six months of subjective learning process and its life experience. This research is the tool of adoption is an interview guide line, The object of interview is 6 month to a year inside of nursing freshmen, the review gets into job field at first six months of learning experience just. Study with the content analysis method, the draft carry on data analysis and analyze a result to totally is divided into 4 themes: The new nurse sets out of impact, Strategy of responding, The nurse of novice growth and After working the abdnormal life. This research result can provide a nursing to develop the reference that education educates with clinical nursing novice's incumbency. | ||
