| 靜脈注射是提供病人基本需求的重要技能，它是執業護理人員的重要任務。如何提供病人安全與舒適的靜脈注射治療，是護理教育訓練的重要議題。本研究目的在（ㄧ）標準化靜脈注射與照護任務的執行流程、（二）分析靜脈注射與照護任務的執行能力、（三）設計能力本位的模組化課程與多元媒體教材。以內外科病房護理新人依據情境執業能力模式和ADDIE教學設計理論為參考架構，資料收集採用臨床觀察、考察文獻和焦點團體等方法分三階段完成。研究結果包括：(一)內外科病房護理人員的靜脈注射與照護任務執行流程、(二) 執行靜脈注射與照護任務流程應具備的能力、(三) 四個模組課程與教材、(四) 靜脈注射與照護任務模組課程的自學手冊。此模組課程可提供學校訓練護生和臨床訓練新人靜脈注射與照護執業能力之用。此研究結果期能提供臨床訓練護理新人和學校護理學生建構執業能力的參考。 關鍵字: 靜脈注射與照護任務、模組課程設計、質性研究。 |

| ntravenous injection is an important skill to provide the basic needs for patients, and it is an important task for practice nurses. How to provide patient with a safety and comfortable treatment of intravenous injection is an important issue in care education and training. The purpose of this study is (a) to standardize implementation process at the intravenous injection and nursing care task, (b)to analyze implementation competency of the intravenous injection and nursing care task, and (C) to design competency-based modular courses and multi-media instructional materials, employing a new nursing staff in the internal medicine and surgical ward in accordance with situational practice competency-based modular and the ADDIE instructional design theory as a reference framework, and collecting data in three stages of the clinical observation, literature study, group discussions, focus groups and other methods The results include: (a) the implementation process at the intravenous injection and nursing care task for the nursing staff in the internal medical and surgical ward, (b) a necessary implementation competency of the intravenous injection and nursing care task, (c) four modular courses and instructional materials, and (d) self-learning manual for intravenous injection and modular courses of nursing care task. This module course provides schools to train nurses and new nursing staffs’ practice competencies on clinical intravenous injection and nursing care task. The results of this study is expected as a reference to provide new staffs with clinical care training and nursing students with construction of practice competencies on intravenous injection and nursing care task.
