本研究旨在了解護理臨床教師的教育訓練需求現況，並探討不同個人背景變項，影響護理臨床教師在課程內容與教育訓練形式需求的情形，本研究以一家醫學中心以及三家區域醫院的護理臨床教師為對象，進行問卷調查，回收有效問卷為267份，回收率達74％。研究工具為「護理臨床教師教育訓練需求調查」問卷，以次數分配、百分率、平均數及標準差進行描述性統計，以獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)統計方法進行推論性統計。研究結果發現:
一、護理臨床教師教育訓練課程內容需求屬於中等程度，由高而低排序為:「教學知能需求」、「輔導角色需求」、「專業成長需求」、「人際經營需求」、「學習評量需求」。
二、護理臨床教師教育訓練課程內容之教學方法需求，由高而低排序為:「討論教學法」、「講述教學法」、「問題解決教學法」。
三、護理臨床教師教育訓練課程內容需求，會因不同護理工作年資與教學年資而有差異。
四、護理臨床教師教育訓練形式需求，會因不同教育程度、職務層級、護理工作年資、進階層級與醫院層級而有差異。
[ Abstract ]
This study aims to describe clinical nursing preceptors training needs and to explore the different personal background variables, the training needs impact of clinical nursing preceptors in the course content and form of education.
The methods of research included literature analysis, interviews and questionnaires . This research to a medical center and three regional hospital clinical nursing preceptors as object in Taiwan. The method employed by this study is distributing questionnaires.
A total of questionnaires were mailed out, of which 267 were completed and considered as valid questionnaires. The return rate for the completed questionnaires was 74%. Date collected through questionnaires was analyzed by descriptive Statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of the research are as follow
1.In general, the traning course content needs of clinical nursing preceptors is moderate level. The course content of “Teaching Skill” is most need and The course content of “Evaluation Skill” is least need.
2. In general, the traning needs of teaching methods of clinical nursing preceptors who most need is “ Discussion method” and least need is “ Problem-solving method.
3.The traning course content needs of clinical nursing preceptors varied due to total number of years of nursing and teaching experience.
4. The traning form needs of clinical nursing preceptors varied due to education , job level, years of nursing, advance level and hospital level.
