| 本研究為探討手術室護理人員以「全膝關節置換術自學手冊」，學習全膝關節置換術後，其知識、自評技能與滿意度之成效探討。研究方法採單組前後測設計；藉立意取樣選取北部某醫學中心手術室護理人員共33人為研究對象，研究工具為自擬之結構問卷，先進行研究對象前測，再介入「全膝關節置換術自學手冊」方案，二週後再進行後測。以統計套裝軟體SPSS 20 .0進行統計分析。以次數分配、百分率、平均值、標準差、Paired t-test等方法進行統計分析。本研究結果顯示：ㄧ、經全膝關節置換術自學手冊介入後，在知識總得分方面，後測的得分優於前測，且達統計的顯著差異(p<0.001)。二、經全膝關節置換術自學手冊介入後，在自評技能總得分方面，後測的得分優於前測，且達統計的顯著差異(p<0.001)。三、自學手冊介入後，對自學手冊學習滿意度達88%。依本研究結果建議未來安排護理人員繼續教育時，可運用自學手冊輔助教學，以提高學習成效，並提升學習滿意度。 | ||

| The purpose of this study was to explore the learning efficacy of the knowledge，self-rated skill and satisfaction of operating room nurses after using “the total knee replacement self-learning manual. Purposive sampling was used to recruit 33 operating room nurses in a northern medical center of Taiwan. Questionnaires were employed before and after intervention to collect data. Posttest was conducted after two weeks.The data were analyzed using SPSS Version 20.0 for Windows. ; frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used for the inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study showed the following. 1 . After the intervention, the total knowledge score in the posttest was statistically significantly higher than the pretest score (p<0.001). 2. After the intervention, the total self-rated skill score at posttest was statistically significantly higher than the pretest score (p<0.001). 3. Satisfaction with using the self-learning manual was 88%. The results of this study suggest that a self-learning manual can be used successfully to supplement future nursing continuing education in total knee replacement surgery, to improve learning efficacy and satisfaction. | ||
