Health care must be based on evidence, major domestic hospitals are aggressively training the ability of evidence-based nursing. They combined evidence-based nursing and advanced system then tutored evidence study reports and evidence case study. This study aims to investigate the Factors related to the training result of evidence-based nursing for clinical nurse. As to enhance the ability of evidence training reference. (A) To understand evidence-based nursing knowledge and awareness of learning attitude for clinical nurse. (B) To explore the different personal background factors on evidence-based nursing knowledge and awareness of learning attitude. (C) To explore the different of cooperative learning strategies for evidence-based nursing knowledge and awareness of learning attitude. Taken from medical center in Taipei in 2012, All writing study reports or case studies of evidence , using semi-structured questionnaire survey for data collection, 206 questionnaire were released and 177 were returned, the valid returning rate is 86%. Results indicate that the average nursing knowledge of evidence score is 8.54  1.70 points (10 points), and awareness of learning attitude averaged 2.87  0.38 points (1 to 4 point), Personal background factors for "evidence-based nursing knowledge " and " awareness of learning attitude "have a significant differences：evidence report is completed and the supervisors and colleagues support. Cooperative learning strategies on results of awareness of learning attitude have a significant differences. The results can be used as a future reference for clinical promote evidence-based nursing to improve the learning outcome.
