新版高級救命術（Advanced Life Support，ALS）強調高品質與團隊合作模式訓練。目前國內 ALS 課程並無相關的團隊合作能力訓練，臨床醫護人員學會 ALS 的技能、有能力急救病人但品質卻不好，將影響到病人安全與醫療品質。本研究在探討北部某醫學中心之內外科醫護人員，進行團隊合作融入急救情境模擬教學後，在急救能力、團隊合作能力、自信心之學習成效。採類實驗設計，實驗組有團隊合作的教學介入，對照組則無。結果在教學介入後，實驗組在急救能力、團隊合作能力、自信心之後測得分顯著高於前測，兩組前測經共變數分析後，實驗組後測得分顯著高於對照組。因此團隊合作融入急救情境模擬教學對於醫護人員急救訓練有顯著成效，故建議未來急救教育課程應加入團隊合作訓練。

The new version of Advanced life support (Advanced Life Support, ALS) emphasis on high-quality training and teamwork mode. In currently domestic ALS courses, don't have related teamwork training. The clinical staffs learned the ALS skills, they have the ability to first aid the patients but the quality is not well ,these will affect patient safety and quality of care. This research explored the surgical and medical staffs from a medical center in northern Taiwan, teamwork intervention on the first aid scenario-based simulation teaching, the learning effects in first aid capacity, teamwork ability and self-confidence. This research used a quasi-experimental study design, the experimental group had team teaching intervention, the control group hadn't. After teaching intervention, the experimental group post-test scores in first aid skills, teamwork ability and confidence, are significantly higher than the pre-test.Two groups by ANCOVA pretest, experimental group post-test scores are significantly higher than the control group.The results indicate that teamwork intervention on the first aid scenario-based simulation teaching was achieved significantly effects in clinical staffs .The suggested that teamwork training must add in first aid education courses in future.
