本研究旨在瞭解護理人員癌症疼痛照護在職訓練需求現況，並探討不同個人背景因素之護理人員在癌症疼痛照護在職訓練課程內容需求及重要性情形；本研究以北部某醫學中心兩院區之內科、外科、腫瘤科與婦科直接照護癌症病人之護理人員為研究對象，進行問卷調查，共發放205份問卷，回收200份問卷，扣除填答不完整者2份，實際有效問卷共198份，回收率達96％。研究工具為「護理人員癌症疼痛照護在職訓練需求調查」問卷，以次數分配、百分率、平均數及標準差進行描述性統計；以獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析進行推論性統計。

研究結果發現：
一、護理人員認為癌症疼痛照護在職訓練有效的實施方式以「個案討論會」最多；認為每年需接受8小時的癌症疼痛照護在職訓練；希望在職訓練上課時間採集中式，時段在8:00-12:00。
二、護理人員癌症疼痛照護在職訓練課程內容需求，以「鴉片類藥物」需求最高；以「社會評估」需求最低。
三、護理人員癌症疼痛照護在職訓練課程內容重要性，以「鴉片類藥物」需求最高；以「社會評估」重要性最低。
四、不同婚姻狀況的護理人員癌症疼痛照護在職訓練課程內容需求有顯著差異；「已婚」的護理人員在課程內容需求較高。
五、是否有疼痛經驗的護理人員癌症疼痛照護在職訓練課程內容需求有顯著差異；「有疼痛經驗」的護理人員在課程內容需求較高。
六、不同科別的護理人員癌症疼痛照護在職訓練課程內容重要性有顯著差異；「腫瘤科」護理人員在課程內容重要性較高。

[ Abstract ]
This study aimed at understanding nurses caring for cancer pain service training needs of the current situation and explore different personal background factors of nurses in the care of cancer pain service training course content needs and the importance of the case.
In this study, a medical center in the north of both houses of Internal zone, surgery, oncology and gynecologic cancer patient's direct care nurses for the study, questionnaires were distributed and 205 questionnaires, 200 questionnaires were deducted respondents had incomplete in 2 parts, the actual total of 198 valid questionnaires were returned rate of 96%.
Research tools as "cancer pain care nurses job training needs survey" questionnaire, frequency distribution, percentage, average and standard deviation descriptive statistics; independent samples t-test and one-way analysis of variance statistical inferences.
The results found that:
1. Nurses considered cancer pain care job training and effective way to implement "Case Seminar" Up; think need to receive eight hours of annual in-service training of cancer pain care; hope job training class time collection of Chinese, in the period 8: 00-12: 00 .
2. Cancer pain nursing care service training course content needs to "opioids" highest demand; to "social assessment" needs a minimum.
3. Cancer pain nursing care service training curriculum importance to "opioids" highest demand; to "social assessments" lowest importance.
4. Marital status of nurses caring for cancer pain have significant differences in in-service training course content needs; "married" in the nursing curriculum of high demand.
5. Is there pain experienced nurses caring for cancer pain service training course content needs have significant differences; "pain experienced" nurses in high demand course content.
6. Different families of other nurses caring for cancer pain service training courses have significant differences in the importance of content; "oncology" nursing curriculum in high importance.
