| 「血液造血幹細胞移植治療」是治癒血液癌症與血液疾病的方式之一，因過程漫長且經常出現嚴重併發症造成高死亡率，需要護理人員察覺細微的徵狀並提供合宜的臨床處置。護理人員因教育訓練之時間地點受限，故設計血液造血幹細胞移植照護互動式電子書，以線上互動自學的模式提升血液造血幹細胞移植之照護知識程度。本研究旨在探討介入血液造血幹細胞移植照護互動式電子書後，護理人員在血液造血幹細胞移植照護知識、持續使用意願及滿意度的學習成效。研究設計採單組前測與後測之類實驗設計，以方便取樣臺灣北部某醫學中心血液科護理人員38位為研究對象，於一周內完成血液造血幹細胞移植前測量表，使用血液造血幹細胞移植照護互動式電子書自學兩周，再完成後測測驗、持續使用意願調查及滿意度調查。使用SPSS 25.0版進行描述性統計分析；研究結果顯示（一）互動式電子書介入血液造血幹細胞移植照護知識前後測，答題正確率達顯著差異（二）血液科護理人員使用血液造血幹細胞互動式電子書後，同意持續使用的意願為92.5%（三）護理人員對於使用互動式電子書學習血液造血幹細胞移植照護知識呈現滿意度為91.2%。本研究建議（一）規劃其他專科教材時可考慮使用互動式電子書作為工具（二）將互動式電子書教材嵌入學習網站以客觀觀察學習者使用狀況（三）配合工作坊或OSCE完整護理人員知識與技能之學習成果。血液造血幹細胞移植照護互動式電子書證實能有效提升血液科護理人員在血液造血幹細胞移植照護的知識程度，且線上自學的模式能讓使用者不限時空的與教材互動學習，消弭護理人員臨床教育的限制。 | ||

| To improve hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) knowledge of hematology nurses and meet the limitation of learning time and place, the author designed an HSCT interactive e-book through an online interactive self-study model. This study aimed to explore the effectiveness of nurses' learning knowledge, willingness to long-term use, and material satisfaction after using the HSCT interactive e-book. The present study adopted a quasi-experimental design in which included pre-tests and post-tests in a single group of thirty-eight hematology nurses from a medical center of Taipei City, Taiwan. All subjects received the pre-tests and completed them in one week before the intervention. After two weeks of using the HCST interactive e-book, all subjects finished the post-tests on willingness to long-term use and material satisfaction in one week. Data analysis was performed by SPSS 25.0 for descriptive statistics. The results of the study were showed in the followings: (1) The average scores of the HSCT knowledge were significantly higher in the post-test comparing to the pre-test, (2) After the hematology nurses used the HSCT interactive e-book, the willingness to long-term using degree is 92.5%, (3) The average of material satisfaction scores is 91.2%. Based on the results of this study, the author suggested the following recommendations: (1) Use interactive e-books as a tool when planning other specialist training,(2) Embed interactive e-book materials into learning websites to objectively observe users' learning status,(3) Combine the interactive e-book materials with workshops or OSCE to enrich the knowledge and skills of nursing staffs. In summary, by using of the HSCT interactive e-book, the HSCT care knowledge level of hematology nurses can be effectively improved. Moreover, the online self-study model allows users to interact with the learning materials in an unlimited time and place, which can eliminate the limitations of clinical education for nursing staffs. |
