協助病人儘早脫離呼吸器是呼吸治療師每日執行的重要任務之一。但是卻 未見此主題有關的教育訓練課程，影響新進呼吸治療師該任務的執行能力養成。 因此本研究以加護病房為研究情境，目的在：(一)建構與標準化脫離呼吸器 任務之流程；(二)設計任務為基礎的脫離呼吸器模組課程與教學。本研究採用質 性研究設計，以文獻查證、深度訪談及焦點團體訪談法收集資料，歷經三個階段、 11 個步驟，獲得以下研究結果：(一)標準化脫離呼吸器任務流程；(二)執行脫離 呼吸器任務之能力；(三)四個單元模組課程(先備知能、任務流程與步驟、常見照

護情境與臨床決策、病人安全)；(四)脫離呼吸器任務模組課程之學習手冊。

以上研究結果可作為未來醫院與學校進一步發展呼吸治療人員的脫離呼吸 器任務能力訓練課程與教學的參考。

Weaning patients from their ventilators used is an important daily task faced by the respiratory therapist. However there is a lack of educational training course on the subject of discontinuing ventilator, which could impede the competency building of the novice respiratory therapist.

With ICU as the backdrop, our study aims to (1) set up a ventilator weaning Standard operating procedure, and (2) Designing a job task based modular curriculum on ventilator weaning. This research study of data collected through literature review, in depth interviews and focus group interviews consists of 3 phases and 11 steps .

Our results are (1) a task-based of ventilator weaning Standard operating procedure, (2)The competency of weaning the patients from ventilator, (3) four chapters of task-based modular curriculum (prior knowledge, task flow chart and steps, frequently seen clinical scenarios and decisions, patient safety), and (4) learning manual for the said task-based modular curriculum on ventilator weaning .

We hope our study results can provide an evident reference to further  the develop of training courses on ventilator weaning for hospitals and schools.
