| 神經系統身體評估情境案例於行動學習APP系統之研究 A Study on the Effect of a Scenario-Based Neurologic Assessment Using a Mobile APP System |

| 本研究旨在探討神經系統身體評估行動學習APP系統介入後,護理學生在神經系統身體評估知識測驗、認知負荷、學習滿意度、使用行動載具的態度、情境案例學習及行動學習自我效能之學習成效探討。介入期間為介入期間104年9月14日至105年1月12日,採類實驗性研究(quasi-experimental study)非對等控制組前後測設計;研究對象採立意取樣,以中部某科技大學護理系二技一年級學生共207人,實驗組104人接受神經系統身體評估傳統課室教學及行動學習APP輔助教學;控制組103人接受傳統課室教學。兩組皆於課程介入前接受前測;實驗組於介入後第6週安排第一次後測;於課程結束後實驗組及控制組進行第二次後測。以SPSS 22.0進行描述性統計分析及t test、Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test、Mann-Whitney U test、Pearson χ2推論性統計分析。神經系統身體評估行動學習APP系統介入後,研究結果顯示:(一)組內差異呈現控制組知識測驗得分後測優於前測,實驗組知識測驗得分後測低於前測;組間差異呈現控制組知識測驗後測得分優於實驗組,未達統計上顯著差異;(二)實驗組認知負荷低於較控制組,達統計上顯著差異;(三)實驗組滿意度低於控制驗組,達顯著差異;(四)實驗組使用行動載具的態度後測高於前測,但未達顯著差異;(五)實驗組於情境案例學習後測高於前測,但未達顯著差異;(六)實驗組行動學習自我效能後測低於前測,但未達顯著差異;(七)實驗組於行動學習APP之學習經驗質性回饋:情境案例促進與過去學習經驗之連結、APP觸動學習省思、理學檢查影片有助於技術操作、概念圖促進邏輯思考、APP情境案例學習設計及身體評估APP使用建議。本研究結果建議未來可持續推動行動學習於護理教育、推動情境案例融入課室教學、加強教師對資訊融入教學之準備、加強學習者自我導向學習、落實行政對資訊科技之推動、推動行動學習於臨床在職教育之應用。 | ||

| This study aimed to explore learning performances of BSN students in terms of neurological assessment knowledge, cognitive load , satisfaction with the intervention, attitude towards using mobile devices, scenario-based learning, self-efficacy in mobile-learning, and following an educational intervention in the form of a scenario-based neurological assessment mobile learning APP. During the intervention period for the intervention on 2015/09/14 ~ 2016/01/12. This quasi-experimental study adopted non-equivalent control group pre-test and post-test design. A purposive sample of 207 senior nursing students enrolled in a vocational university in central Taiwan was recruited. The experimental group, which consisted of 104 students, received APP-based neurological assessment education. The control group, which consisted of 103 students, received lecture-based neurological assessment education. Both groups were pretested before intervention. In addition, in the sixth week the experimental group was posttested 1. Both groups were posttested 2 after the intervention. Data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 for Windows to obtain descriptive statistics, and inferential statistical methods including t test, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test, Mann-Whitney U test, and Pearson χ2 were adopted. After neurological assessment mobile learning APP system intervention, research shows: (1) The control group scored higher in post-test as compared to pre-test in the neurological assessment knowledge test following the intervention. There were no significant between-group differences in post-test scores, with the control group scoring significantly higher than the experimental group. (2) The cognitive load of experimental group is lower than the control group, there were statistically significant difference; (3) satisfaction of the experimental group is lower than the control group test, reaching no significant difference; (4) No significant differences were found between the experimental group’s attitudes towards the use of mobile devices at pre-test and post-test. (5) No significant differences were found between the experimental group’s scenario-based learning scores at pre-test and post-test. (6)No significant differences were found between the experimental group’s self-efficacy in mobile-learning scores at pre-test and post-test. (7)Learning experience of the experimental group’s overall feelings towards the mobile-learning APP, which included the following: past learning experience connect to promotion of situation case, APP touched learning may accelerate thinking, physical examination may help technical operation, conceptual diagram may accelerate logical thinking, APP situation case learning design and assessment APP using suggestions. Based on the study’s findings, the following suggestions were recommended: mobile-learning should combined with nursing education, which should be promoted in the future, promoting situation case to integrate classroom teaching, enhance preparation of teachers integrate with information, promoting applications of mobile-learning APP in the clinical education. | ||
